Global Leaders in Unity and Evolvement (GLUE) is an independent 501 c 3 think tank that develops and advocates policy solutions on matters related to global economic disparity, emerging technologies, conflict and war, and trends towards natinalism in international governments. Originally established by Founder and President Paul A. McAllister (DMin, PhD) in 2016 as a training organization to advance ideals of leadership at all levels of society, the mission of GLUE has steadily grown to a network of academic and industry professionals across many areas of discipline. It has contributed to the global think tank community in numerous transcontinental think tank summits, including the Global Solutions Summit led by the Global Solutions Initiative, and annual summits of Think7 and Think20, the official policy engagement groups of the G7 and G20, respectively.

In 2024, Dr. McAllister joined the Think7 Italy Task Force on Science and Digitalization as co-author of “Towards Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy AI: Implementing the G7 AI Hiroshima Policy Framework,” and in 2023 was a member of the Think 7 Japan Task Force on Peace, Governance, and Security as co-author of “Reshaping the International Order through Human Rights in Multilateral Organizations.” Prior to registering GLUE as a 501 c 3 organization, he served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, taught as electrical engineering adjunct professor, and worked as a systems research and development engineer in the automotive and military defense private sector. Between 2007 and 2014, he managed engineering and IT life-cycle development programs valued over $350 million in the Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation. Additionally, his work on peace and reconciliation initiatives has also extended to the Middle East, South Africa and Eastern Europe where he has employed the methodology of non-violent communication (NVC).
